You must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and device. The Church of God in Vancouver ("the Company") may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, unauthorized, inactive, or used in violation of these Terms.
The application provides authenticated access to digital content assigned to you or to an authorized group. Access is limited to content specifically made available to your account. No right is granted to access other content, copy restricted material, or bypass authorization controls.
You may view, download, or use content only to the extent expressly permitted by the service and applicable law. You may not share login credentials, redistribute restricted content, remove notices, scrape the service, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the service's security features.
All app software, branding, and service materials are owned by the Company or its licensors.
The Company may assign or revoke access to content based on account identity, group membership, permissions, security needs, legal obligations, or policy enforcement.
The Company may remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with lawful rights-holder complaints, legal orders, or safety reports. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account according to the deletion process available in the app. The Company may suspend or terminate access for security, operational, or policy reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply under local law.
